What do MEAT, ministry, and marketing all have in common? One thing, a girl walking around this town developing products that no one has ever seen before, and her name is Maggie Dillman-Al-Anani, this community’s new creative thinker.

Maggie a bright young junior at Olivet Nazarene University using a production company she created to capture the essence of her genius through sustainable products, media, and…well…really cool T-shirts. She does this while balancing two majors and working part-time.
Her hometown of Pittsburg where her closest friend resides, her mom, is no doubt missing her bright ideas and spunk. However, Maggie left home to push her boundaries and amplify her surroundings.
She takes challenging herself seriously whether it be exceeding the limits of her creativity or questioning and growing her beliefs. At Olivet, she finds herself struggling to face certain topics that often divide the students, but she persists in confronting close-minded ideals and isolating dialogue.
Using her Ministry and Multimedia Communications majors, Maggie wants to do something bigger than receiving personal success, she wants to provide. Her passion for philanthropy motivates her to support the community whether it be for nonprofits or small businesses around her with her well-developed media skills.
“I just want to make people happy and help people in the best ways I know how. Whether that is working with a business’s social media, or just being nice to the people I work with.”
Maggie Dillman
She has already started indulging in her career dreams by starting a sustainable media production company with her friends titled MEAT (Media Entertainment and Technology).
Maggie describes this company as an outlet to utilize her creativity by producing sustainable and ethical products and media. MEAT just released a hilarious short-film promoting positivity and light hearted social stances titled, “Bananas for Bananas.” She highlights the importance of working on this project with her closest friends expressing that MEAT is also a way to stay connected to her creative team past everyone’s time at Olivet.

She keeps her circle small but deeply invests in the friendships and relationships that she values. Her long-time partner, Albert Irons, has always been around to support and encourage Maggie, something that she does not take lightly.
Her gratitude for the love she receives from her friends, partner, and mother pours out of her in every conversation. Maggie often falls short of self-praise and hides in the shadow of her own successes. She’d rather stay grateful than boast, a rare quality.
Maggie’s humble and unpretentious outlook keeps her unaware of her charm and talent. Albert describes her influence by saying, “When she is truly happy, there is no one who can’t feel happy around her as well. She genuinely lights up a room so easily.”
Despite the struggles she has faced with her self-identity and self-esteem, Maggie has consistently conquered each challenge in her life. Through her perseverance paired with her drive, Maggie has been able to encourage herself to fully develop into a creative and self-motivated genius.

She can do anything she wants, and I genuinely think she will reach so many people doing it.
